You assume full responsibility for complying with the Terms of Service, rate limits, and anti-bot policies of the target platforms you are extracting data from (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Google).
3. Limitation of Liability
Azzam Codex provides these tools "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any IP bans, account suspensions, or legal repercussions you may face as a result of aggressive or unauthorized web scraping. Use the provided Stealth Proxies and Anti-Bot bypass mechanisms at your own risk.
4. Platform Stability & Rate Limiting
While our Serverless Core is designed to handle high-throughput operations, we reserve the right to throttle or block access to the extraction engines if we detect excessive load that threatens the stability of our infrastructure.
